ATTENTION!!! ALL DOGS COMPETING IN CZECH REPUBLIC HAVE TO HAVE A VALID FLYBALL LICENCE. IF THERE IS NO LICENCE SYSTEM IN YOUR COUNTRY, YOU HAVE TO REQUEST FOR A CZECH FLYBALL LICENCE IN ADVANCE, AND YOUR DOG HAVE TO BE MEASURED BEFORE ON FRIDAY THE TOURNAMENT.

In case of need, the seed time can be changed until Monday, April 27, 2026, by sending an e-mail to the address flyballhoptrop@seznam.cz. After this date, teams will be divided into divisions and no seed time changed are allowed.

Please pay your entry fee in time, so the money arrive to our account before the closing day! We won´t accept entries without entry fees.

Maximum number of teams:

60 teams, with a privilege of Czech teams. Only teams that have applied duly by the closing date are accepted.

Applications from foreign teams will be accepted in the order in which they were entered into the FIS system and in which the entry fee was paid (unpaid applications will not be taken into account). New rule: only the first two registered teams from each foreign club (the registration number in the FIS system is decisive) with a paid entry fee will be accepted. If there are still places available in the tournament after the deadline of April 22, the organizer may offer participation to other (third/fourth) teams from already registered foreign clubs.

Example: the Grasshoppers club registers 4 teams (A, C, D, B), of which teams A and C will be accepted (if the entry fee is paid). Other teams may be accepted if there is free capacity.

The organizer will return the paid foreign entry fee only if the application is not accepted due to capacity reasons. Entry fee will be returned to the bank account from which they paid it, in the amount credited to the organizer's account. The organizer will not reimburse any bank.

The entry fee may (after agreement with the organizer) be transferred to another foreign team.

Rules:

Tournament is arranged according to Czech Flyball Rules (see website of the Flyball Club ČR at www.flyball.cz) which are in most points similar to International Flyball Rules.

For box fixation, there will be a special fixing frame used at each line. All teams are obliged to modify their boxes in advance!!!

Maximum 5 minutes waiting for teams from one club in case of ring conflict! Clubs that enter multiple teams in the tournament must take into account that if their teams are to run right after each other according to the schedule, there will be a maximum of 5 minutes between runs (to change dogs). After this time, preparation for the race will begin, regardless of whether their team is already present on the course or not.

Placement into divisions and groups:

According to part 1.8.1, letter A of valid Czech Flyball Rules, i.e., based on seed time declared by each team in the entry form (no matter if they already ran any time this year)

Please remember that there is a valid Czech rule that a team which runs faster net/clean time than 0,3 s bellow its´ division break-out time will loose the heat.

Accommodation and board:

Participants arrange their own accommodation.

Accommodation in hotel: Hotel Zamberk Pansky dvur, http.//www.hotelzamberk.cz - this accommodation is recommended for those who prefer higher level of accommodation than in a camp or for those who forgot to reserve their accommodation in time. Owners of the hotel also practise dog sports, so there is no problem to get accommodation with dogs.

Next to the tournament venue there will be a canteen with refreshment.

Veterinary conditions:

At the veterinary check-in, all handlers must submit the vaccination cards of their dogs certifying the vaccination records. All dogs participating in the event must be healthy and have valid vaccination against rabies. Dogs who fail at the veterinary check-in are not allowed to participate.
